I started my career in the construction industry after 20 years of service in the U.S. Navy. I began working for a General Contractor that performed every aspect of construction from the ground up, no sub-contractors, we did it all. “Serving… Escambia, Santa Rosa & Okaloosa Counties in Northwest Florida” – Best Inspect! He was a Certified Construction Engineer and had Master Tradesmen in every field of construction. I learned how to dig, prep and pour foundations. How to install the sub floor, layout and frame the structure. How to build the roof, install roof coverings, windows and doors. How to install the electrical and plumbing. How to install the duct work and HVAC systems. I installed insulation, drywall, interior and exterior finishes. I even installed irrigation systems and laid sod.
I started my own company in custom framing specialized in Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF’s). Just as many in the industry did when the economy slowed, I began doing home repairs and renovations. I have performed repairs and completed renovations on every aspect of Pensacola homes. Now I am a Florida State-licensed, Certified Professional Inspector. As a professional my job is to provide you with the Best Inspection possible. Who could do a better inspection than someone that has experience working on every aspect of your home?
